My puppy is lethargic, not eating, and acting sad. What should I do?

Hey I have a 4 month old pitbull puppy and she has been fine but yesterday I noticed that her noise was dry and by this evening she ain't acting her self. Like she normally jump on you and bark play, but this evening she doesn't really want to eat she looks sad, and she just laying around. Just gets up so we can rub on her. So what can I do or giver her so she can get back to herself.? Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed

I wouldn't worry about Princess having a dry nose, this isn't a sign of illness in dogs. A dog's nose can go from wet to dry just by laying in the sun or near a heat source. It sounds like she is lethargic, and unfortunately that is a very general sign of illness. All you can do is keep an eye on her for now, there are no OTC drugs that can be given. If she is still acting this way in the morning, take her into the vet for a health check. Best of luck.
