Why is my litter trained cat suddenly peeing outside the litter box?

My cat who we adopted at Christmas has been litter trained and was doing fine for 3 weeks. Then yesterday she randomly ly starts peeing everywhere! In all the corners and won't stop. No big changes in the house, she's 2-3 years old. What gives? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed
