My dog is sneezing, coughing, and scooting. What OTC medicine?

Hi my dpg Zoey shes sneezing and reverse sneezing and coughing and,scooting her but on the rug and do you know what i can give her over the counter medicine. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund miniature | Female | 5 years and 10 months old | 13.4 lbs

You can try giving her some Benadryl in case this is allergy related.
