Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 11 years and 11 months old | 35 lbs
My dog is very tired and she was vomiting yesterday. She is still drinking plenty of water and going outside for the bathroom. But she's only nibbling at her food. Her stool is normal and solid. And she does not have a fever. She is still just sleeping today. But again, drinking plenty of water, nibbling at her food and bathroom trips are normal. What could this be from?

Throwing up can be caused by a food sensitivity, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, an intestinal blockage, bacterial infection, viral infection, the weather, food change, stress, etc. I would fast Sheebee for 24 hours and then put her on bland food for two days, such as boiled white rice and boiled white boneless chicken meat, fed in small quantities over several feeds and then transition back to regular food slowly over a few days. If this does not clear up the vomiting or if the vomiting increases, or if your dog gets lethargic, it needs to see a veterinarian for an exam as there may be something more serious such as an infection going on.
