What's this small white raised bump on my dog's nose? Should I worry?

Just noticed a small white bump on my dogs nose. When I touch it frels kind of raised. It’s white. Should I be worried?? You can see it in the photo on his nose

Hello. I would not be too worried about this. Just watch the area, perhaps clean it several times a day with an antimicrobial wash like Hibiclens ( available at all pharmacies ) & if it enlarges or changes, see your vet.
