Not sure if this was my dog or cat... looks like wet canned food which I give my cat. My cat just came home yesterday after being outside for a month. She’s emaciated but happy. Very tired and won’t play. My dog is acting fine

Thank you for contacting Pet Coach with your question. Given that your cat has been outside for a month and is tired, I would suspect she may the one who vomited. I'm concerned that there appears to be blood in the vomit, which makes this a medical emergency. I would take her into a vet immediately to get checked out. Best of luck.
