My 9-year-old dog won't eat, drinking a lot, and vomits water. Why?

My 9 yr old dog has a diminished appetite. Won’t eat her dog food. Will eat some ground meat and plain rice but only a small amount. She seems to be at the water bowl more frequently but within minutes vomits it back up. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 80 lbs
