My dog is vomiting, has light stool, and frequent poops. Vet now?

My dog has recently got over some digestive issues that started 12/22. We changed his food & he has been doing pretty well (gained his lost weight back), but he is often VERY hungry & has 5-6 bowel movements a day. Recently they have become quite light in color, & this morning he vomited what had to be everything he's eaten in the last several hours or so. Is it fine to watch and wait or do we need to have him seen ASAP? Pet's info: Dog | Italian Greyhound | Male | neutered | 1 year old | 15 lbs
