How to balance a homemade diet for a dog with food sensitivities?

I have a nine yr old Mini Schnuzar who suddenly develop food sensitivities to dog food any. She gets diarrhea so bad it gets bloody even adding alittle She basically can eat any kind of meat veg potaoes rice eggs and occasionally cheese as long as its blan.. I dont mind cooking I try to cook a few meals ahead My two problems are my 2 questions I dont know if she is getting enough nutriments if I should be adding certain things to it and Im not sure how much I should give her. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Female | spayed | 9 years and 5 months old | 30 lbs

It's very hard to get a home cooked diet balanced nutritionally, but good news there are two websites that are run by veterinary nutritionists that have recipes for home cooked diets.
