Why is my dog limping after playing but acting completely normal?

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 9 years old | 96 lbs

Hi I took my pit to the park today with my other dog he ran he played he had so much fun we walked home just fine he came in the house and laid down and when I called Him out to get his food he was limping it looks like it’s his front right leg I’ve checked it I did the Pad check the nail check I’ve moved it around I’ve massaged his shoulder to see if it hurts he’s acting a lot like nothings wrong he still just tried to jump up and play he ate all his food he’s acting normal what could this be

It could be that Cai is a little sore from playing. I recommend resting him for the next 48 hours. No running, jumping, or playing. Take him out to toilet on a leash, and bring him right back in when he's done. If he still appears painful after this time, then I would take him into the vet for an exam. The vet can diagnose where the pain is coming from, and can dictate a treatment plan for it. He may also benefit from some pain medications, which the vet can prescribe. Please do not give him any human pain medications, as many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
