My goldendoodle puppy's poop is soft, stringy, and wet. Is it normal?

Hi! My goldendoodles poop looked different than usual this morning and I just wanted to make sure it was normal. I have attached pics. My boyfriend said it was very stringy and wet, but not necessarily diarrhea.

Hello, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Great question! I don't think I would be concerned about this. The stool wouldn't be necessarily classified as diarrhea at this stage, just "soft". I suggest you just monitor it for now. If it persists in being this consistency or it progresses to a more watery diarrhea then you may want to have him checked by your vet. Internal parasites (worms) is the number one reason for puppies to have diarrhea/soft stools. Hopefully you have already had Knox to get his first set of vaccines......he should have been dewormed at that time and he should continue to get dewormed at every vaccination visit. Hope this helps. Best wishes!
