She should be fed 3-4 times daily. Feed a good quality puppy food. You can follow the recommendations on the bag, but keep an eye on her weight and body condition to prevent overeating or excessive weight gain. Submit a stool sample to your veterinarian to diagnose intestinal parasites which can be common in puppies. The vet can dispense a dewormer which may need to be repeated several times to clear infection. Vaccines should have been started around 7-8 weeks of age. Discuss a vaccine protocol with your vet based on Nuecy's lifestyle and risk of exposure. Core vaccines include rabies and distemper/parvo combination vaccine. Optional vaccines include Lyme disease, Canine Flu, Bordatella (kennel cough) and Leptospirosis. You should also discuss a flea and tick preventative as well as heartworm prevention with the vet.
