My puppy had diarrhea, but it stopped. Is it normal for it to resolve?

7 week puppy had a little bit of diarrhea yesterday once. I made him chicken and rice and he ate it twice yesterday. Today he has pooped solid, should I be worried about the diarrhea since it went away on it’s own? I deworm him every other week (pyrantel), he’s indoors only since vaccinations start next week, fecal came back with nothing when I took him to the vet a few weeks ago, and he’s eating and playing normally.

No you do not need to be overly concerned about the diarrhea as it resolved quickly. You did the right thing to feed a bland diet. Puppies often eat things in the yard or can get stomach upsets. Usually if they are other wise active and eating then the diarrhea isn't serious. If he gets bloody diarrhea and is very lethargic that is very serious and would need immediate veterinary attention.
