There are many things that could cause vomiting in an older cat like Grazee, so it's hard to say what might be causing this without more information. The white foam is a common thing to see in vomit when the stomach is empty, so this doesn't indicate anything in particular about the cause. Some possible causes could include a systemic illness like liver or kidney disease, a GI problem like pancreatitis or an intestinal obstruction, ingestion of something toxic, or even some type of cancer. If this has been going on for more than 24 hours, or if Grazee is having any other symptoms such as acting lethargic or not wanting to eat, I would recommend taking her to the vet for an exam. He/she can do blood work and x-rays if needed to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate treatment depending on what is found.
