My 18 week old kitten has stopped eating as mych, she was eating 300 grams of wet food a day, and treats, she likes dry food, she was fed that before I got her,but too much gives her diarrhea. She's only eating g 150grams, she had cat flu when I got her, she's seen the vet twice, she weighed 902 gr when I got her, in a week she was up to 1.350kg. she's just as bright and playful, but just not eating as much..shes around 2kg now,

If TeeTee could talk, this would be so much easier!!! Not eating as much food as normal could represent many things. Obviously illness is one of those factors, so keep a very close eye on her for sleeping more than normal, weight loss, not playing as much, vomiting, coughing, sneezing or diarrhea. If any of these are seeing take her to the vet. Sometimes not eating as much is related to growing tired of the old food, you may try changing her to another high-quality kitten food and see what her response is. Lastly, as she grows and develops she will eat less food. This could be a cyclic in nature. To make sure that she is up-to-date on her vaccines and dewormings as you do want to eliminate any factors which could contribute to illness. I think observing her closely is fine as long as she is acting completely normal and not losing weight. I hope this helps. Please post again with any further questions.
