I have a problem with my dog my dog has a black somewhat like a mole i don’t know what is this. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male

It definitely looks like there is a growth or scab there. The best course of action is to bring Pom into your vet so they can take a look at the area in person. Your vet may recommend taking a sample of the area so it can be tested and see what it is (IE a growth, cyst, infection, etc) so that appropriate treatment can be given.
