Dog coughed blood, home from vet, still panting. What to do now?

Pet's info: Dog | American Bully | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 4 months old | 28 lbs

I took my dog for a walk and I brought him home coughed up blood. We took him vets he stayed over night and they ave him a drip and antibiotics. Stayed their till half 2 this afternoon and now he’s home but is still panting very heavy still quite worried. Not sure if he has eaten something poisonous. Any advice?

I strongly recommend you telephone the clinic and advise them of his current symptoms. They can advise more fully in light of the tests and examinations they have already done and confirm if this is expected or if additional tests and treatment are recommended
