My senior dog has Cushing's symptoms, enlarged liver, and fever?

Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Female | spayed | 14 years and 2 months old | 22 lbs

Hello, I would a second opinion or more information on my dog situation. She is 14 years old, Spayed. For the last 4 days she has lots here appetite, drinking lots of water, unsteady on her legs, sleeping constantly. She had an abdominal x-ray, no tumours, but enlarged liver. Had a temperature 39.8 C .The Dr suspect's CHUSING disease, but need more test. Attached todays results of blood tests. Hope anyway has any advice. Thank you. Aaron.

This could be Cushing's disease or a liver condition/infection (due to the fever). Apparently your dog used up a lot if not all of its first line defensive cells (granulocytes), so your dog likely has been ill for a while. That is all I can tell you without the chance of giving your dog a hands-on exam.I suggest you go ahead with the test for Cushing's disease to rule this out and then go on from there.
