My dog had pink eye, now sleeping & not eating. Does she need a vet?

My dog recently had what I can only compare to Pink Eye. After using drops for a week that has seemed to resolve itself. Today she has been sleeping all day and hasn't even touched her food. I'm concerned that it could be something more. Is she okay or does she need to go to the vet? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 5 months old | 30 lbs

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Bella. I recommend that she sees her veterinarian. She may have an upper respiratory tract infection. Is she coughing or sneezing at all? An eye infection can be a component of a respiratory infection. If this is the case, she will likely need an antibiotic and maybe an eye ointment. I hope this information helps!
