My cat sneezed blood, but seems okay. Do I need an emergency vet?

Hi, My cat has been sneezing today and around 17:40 he sneezed a small amount of blood! He’s eating and evacuating normally. Should I run to an emergency room or wait a while and observe more? Thank you! Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | neutered

Poor Muffin! If he's been sneezing all day, his nasal passage could be irritated leading to the blood. I'd keep an eye on him for now because he's otherwise normal. If this bleeding continues, gets worse, he stops eating, and/or he becomes very lethargic, I would take him into an ER vet. Best of luck.
