My puppy is lethargic but eating. Could it be recent medication?

something isn't and is wrong with my puppy idk. he is eating, drinking well, no diarrhea or vomit, his mucus membranes are perfect color, no fever, no other suspicious problem other than lethargy.he is sleeping a little more nowadays, playtime has reduced. not much but it had. i didn't go to the vet now but i will definitely go right there if is like this for 1 more day or he shows any other symptoms. is this effect of increased cold or heavy medication of anemia which he has recovered just now? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 29 days old | 5.3 lbs

Poor Luffy! It sounds like he is doing well overall except the lethargy. This could be from the medications but since I don't know the specifics of his meds and recent anemia, I would contact your vet and see if the meds he is own could be causing this. Also, if he has been hospitalized recently for this issue, he could just be exhausted from not being at home and not getting good rest. Also, there could be something else going on of concern. I agree that your vet needs to know if he isn't perking up very soon. I hope this helps!
