My cat returned after 3 days and won't eat. What should I do?

sir, my cat went missing thought we would never see him but after 3 day he returned home but the problem is that he refuses to eat and will drink little milk eventualy and also he eats little bit of chicken products though there is not a scrath or any other seroius issue seen as we are financialy not able go to vet so please suggest some measures so that it will not become serious issue in future please give me an advice. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male

Loss of appetite can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam.
