Hi there, Pika has just had 4 spots appear on her stomach that look to be filled with puss. They look similar to pimples. She’s not bothered by the. But they look painful. Any thoughts?

This could be localized skin infection. It would need to be confirmed by your veterinarian though. It may require no treatment, just topical treatment or a combination of topical and systemic treatment. Keep the area clean and dry. If she licks at it, place an e-collar (cone) on her. You can cleanse the area using diluted Betadine or chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) once or twice daily. Dry thoroughly afterwards. If it doesn't begin to resolve after 2-3 days, have her seen by your veterinarian.
