my german shepherd puppy when sleeps, keeps his eyes a little open and his third eyelid gets activated to cover the eyes. i read and asked my vet to find out its completely normal. but i just noticed something. not only does his eyes are a little open, but they twitch a lot too. i tried to wake him up when i first noticed it but he was in a very deep sleep and probably dreaming. now he does it everytime he sleeps. i see no signs of seizures like muscle twitch and stuff except this.is this OK?

This is also normal. This happens in REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, which is a very deep sleep. Humans do this also. This is the period of sleep during which we and also your puppy dreams. This is perfectly normal and not a seizure,
