Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | neutered | 18 lbs
Port has been vomiting for a few days several hours after eating, after he drinks. Last night I though it was gritty diarrhea, but it was more vomit. He's been slowly integrated from Iams to a Royal Canine urinary and stress formula, due to consistent blood in his urine and formerly his stool. Why is he consistently vomiting and why is it looking more and more like feces? His recent bloodwork panel came back rather alright, according to his vet.

Poor Portifoy! If his vomit is starting to look like feces, I'd be concerned he could have something serious going on such as a GI obstruction. I'd take him into a vet immediately to be checked out. Best of luck.
