I have been taking of my boyfriends son dogs while is in recovery a pit bull and a rotewiller had a fight both some wounds but both have puss in there ears I can’t afford to take them to the vet is a medicine I can get to cover any infection they may have. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | spayed | 120 lbs

Unfortunately you will not be able to get any prescription medication for them without seeing a vet. You could get ear cleaner and some topical creams which may help but I would strongly recommend going to a vet for an examination as it sounds like they may need antibiotics. Some vets work for charity clinics or offer payment plans which may help .
