My puppy is sick, vomiting foam, and not eating. Is it parvo?

I had a puppy and she passed away . I think she got sick xause she was eating a dead bird . So yesterday i gave my other puppy some medicine just incase and before this she was already having a lottle bit of diarrhea but today she hasnt ate shes been layn down and she vomits foam . She still gets up but is acting different. And the medicine i did not give her alot i prpbably gave her less than a spoon. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 20 days old | 15 lbs

It sounds more like your puppies have a disease that is contagious such as possibly parvo or similar. This is an emergency. Please take your surviving puppy to an emergency veterinarian now for an exam, some diagnostics such as a parvo test and supportive care.
