My stray cat stopped eating and only drinks water. What's wrong?

This stray cat has suddenly lost interest in food..it gives us a visit daily..earlier though it was thin, lit was playful and used to eat whatever given..we used to give him/her the whiskas kitten food along with rice,the "pedigree puppy chicken and milk food" ,fish,chicken and sometimes rice with milk..it used to eat everything hungrily..but now it only drinks water..its stomach has sunken too much..its fur though is all soft and clean except a lil part on the top part of the ear which has gone. This sounds like she has an infection or intestinal parasites. If you are able to catch her I recommend a veterinary exam and to have her checked for feline leukemia and aids as well as a fecal test for parasites. She should be spayed also if she’s healthy. Then she can go back out in your area to live but won’t have unwanted kittens or spread a disease to other cats.
