Old Chihuahua vomiting, diarrhea, not eating: When to see a vet?

My old Chihuahua very skinny.has one visible tooth she doesn't eat with.Sunday we got new canned food.Normally she gums dry food.We gave her a lot and nearly ate whole serving.Later we gave her cooked turkey in smaller portion than the canned food but still big.She was very plump. Monday didn't feed because so big and thought she's constipated. Threw up a lot.Yesterday no appetite.had dark brown runny poo. No plump anymore. Only ate some cooked chicken bits. Threw it up. Now won't eat anything. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 16 years and 11 months old | 6 lbs
