Why is my puppy so tired after traveling? When to be concerned?

My puppy is oddly very tired tonight. Usually he gets up to run around before bedtime at 11. He just seems extremely tired. I’m not sure if he’s sick or tired due to too much traveling. I’m just not sure what warning signs to look for or when to be concerned about my pups health. He pees frequently because he’s a puppy a little over two months. Pee is yellow to clear depending on his water intake. His poops are fine solid but not super hard. He ate normal today too. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 2 days old

I would continue monitoring him for now. If you notice that he is progressively getting more lethargic or that he is developing other signs such as vomiting, diarrhea or inappetence, have him evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment.
