My dog has red spots or a wound inside his ear. What's wrong?

My dog has a random wound/red spits in the inside of his ear and i was wondering what it is? It doesnt look like ear mites and it doesnt look like a normal cut or scratch. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | 11 months and 16 days old | 79 lbs

I would highly recommend that you have him evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment. They would be able to start with an exam and proceed with diagnostics as needed. Best of luck!
