My dog is sneezing, snoring, and hacking for days. When to see a vet?

My dog has been sneezing and snoring for the past 4 days. This is not normal for her. Today she started to hack, like she has something is her throat. Should I take her to the vet or is it just a cold? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 3 months old | 50 lbs

This may be transient. However, if this continues I recommend that you have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Best of luck!
