My dog still pees a lot with blood after UTI meds. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 9 years and 6 months old | 70 lbs

Hi my dog is still drinking a lot and peeing a lot . I did took him to vet where they took x-ray good news no stone, mass, etc they think its uti and have oliver on antibotic for 2 weeks its been soon 5 days he still wake me up for bathroom every 2 hours I went to store to buy petnostic pee test all are negative except pHlevel and blood.. (See the pix I shared) what could it be? I don't think its cushing dz or other. Any idea what is couild be? bladder sphincter?

The specific gravity is quite low actually - that tells me his urine is way too dilute. I would recommend full general bloodwork (if that wasn't done yet) to check his liver and kidney function and a urine culture and sensitivity to check for a resistant UTI. It's definitely abnormal to have blood in the urine, to have such a low pH, and to have SUCH a low specific gravity. So I'm worked about something metabolic or an infection, rather than something mechanical.
