My cat has diarrhea and won't eat. Took him to vet and had tons of tests done. They found nothing wrong with him and sent him home. We have offered him everything including canned salmon. We cannot afford to bring him in again. Help

If nothing was found on routine testing then he may need to have intestinal biopsies in order to diagnose the problem. He could have inflammatory bowel disease causing the persistent diarrhea. If you can't afford to take him back to the vet then you could call your vet and see if he/she could prescribe some medications to help him eat. An anti-nausea medications called Cerenia may help. An appetite stimulant called Mirtazapine may help. Other medications - metronidazle and proviable kp may also help the diarrhea. Call your vet and left him/her know that your cat is still having problems. Also trying a hypoallergenic diet like Science diet d/d may help.
