What cat food should I buy for my overweight, immune-deficient cat?

Hi, We just moved from Chile to California. Our cat has 5 years and he eat´s Nutragold Indoor Food, but is not available at the US and don´t know which one to buy. He is a little bit overweight (4kgs) and has cat immunodeficiency. Thanks for your help. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 9 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I would switch him to another good high quality diet such as one made by Purina, Royal Canin or Science Diet. Any of these would be good choices for him. You may find this online or at your local pet store. Good luck!
