Why is my 5-week-old kitten vomiting white foam with diarrhea?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 14 days old | 1lb

My kitten is 5 weeks old and has started eating dry food but the last day he started vomiting white foamy stuff and has had some diarrhea he's still playing but the stuff he's spitting up stinks
