Puppy vomiting blood and diarrhea: emergency vet unavailable?

My 6 months old lad is having diarrhea or some kind of a food poisoning he keeps vomiting and having loose motion just before maximum 20 minutes he vomited blood I can’t reach a vet at the moment since it 10 in the night. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 7 months and 17 days old
