My puppy has bloody loose stool after vaccine. Should I worry?

My 12 week old Chihuahua got his nobivac DHPPi and nobivac L4 vaccine about 4 hours ago, he just had a small loose bowel movement and I noticed some blood in it, could this be a normal reaction,side effect?

Hi, it should not be linked to the vaccination itself. It might be that the stress of the experience and the jab has caused a bit of colitis/tummy upset.
