Took my two-year-old Shih Tzubackslash cocker spaniel to have her nails trim today. She has four toenails on her back leg that are clear and I can see inside the rest are black. The clear nails are bleeding inside What should I do take her to the vet is this an infection in the now?

That actually looks like staining on the nail from licking or mild nail bed infection. Staining isn't related to having her nails cut at all, and doesn't look severe enough to be a problem in my opinion, but I'd ask the vet about it at her next visit. If she's chewing at her feet, it would be worth scheduling a separate visit to discuss.
