My dog's eyes look cloudy. Is it light reflection or cataracts?

I’m wondering if light reflecting off of my dog’s eyes cause similar cloudiness as cataracts or if I’m seeing the beginnings of cataracts? Pet's info: Dog | Labradoodle | Female | spayed | 82 lbs
