My 4-year-old dog won't eat, pees blood, and has accidents. Why?

Doctor my dog is not eating anyting in these days.his age is 4 years.from recently he is pee without knowing. sometime pee with blood.what reason for it?

Loss of appetite can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. The urination issues may be due to an infection for example. I recommend that you have Dommy evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam. Treatment would be based on findings. Good luck and have a great day! Hoping for a speedy recovery!
