My puppy is throwing up, lethargic, and won't eat. What's wrong?

I have a 12 week old German Shepherd puppy that has thrown up twice and is very lethargic. Hes alert and wags his tail. He will drink water but shows very little interest in food. When he has thrown up it hasn't been like slim but instead just the food he ate and there is no foul odor......can you give any at home suggestions to try right now. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 24 days old | 30 lbs

Hi there! Sorry to hear that Silas is not feeling well. The clinical signs you describe are concerning when they occur in a puppy as they can be seen with serious gastrointestinal infections such as Parvovirus. Other possibilities include intestinal worms and dietary indiscretion, among other possibilities. The sooner these conditions are treated the better the outcome tends to be. This cannot be treated at home without knowing what is going on. For this reason, I recommend that you have Silas evaluated by your veterinarian to check for these possibilities and to start therapy based on findings.
