Poor Dooley - this sounds serious! Blood in the urine can be a sign of an infection or bladder stones, but can also be seen with bleeding disorders. I would recommend seeing an emergency veterinarian as soon as possible since he is unable to unwilling to walk - that is usually a sign of serious illness.

Poor Prince! These are very concerning symptoms - I'm afraid this sounds like a serious, potentially life-threatening problem, so I would recommend taking him to an emergency clinic immediately to be seen. The veterinarian there can do blood work, a urinalysis, x-rays, or other testing if needed to help determine what's wrong and see what kind of treatment is needed. If you're not sure where you can take him today, try calling your regular vet's office. Their voicemail message should have contact information for your nearest ER or an on-call doctor for emergencies.

He sounds very sick, and I think he needs to see a vet now. It sounds like there is blood in his urine, and I’m quite concerned he hasn’t eaten in 24 hours and is shaking. Please take him into a vet now.
