My parakeet is shivering. Is it too cold or showing signs of illness?

Why is my parakeet shivering? I can observe shivering at breast side

It may be that Sonu is too cold. Moving his cage to a draft-free area and making sure the room it is in is warm enough may help. If he continues to shiver, or is showing other signs of illness such as trouble breathing, not eating or drinking, etc, it could be that he is ill and should be checked by a vet ASAP.
