You Hi, I have a female chihuahua who is 7 years old. I noticed yesterday that her stomach is kind of swollen out and it it’s firm. Normally she has a small skinny tummy that sucks in more. She is not spayed and a larger male dog has been hanging Arlington her. I keep and eye on her why she’s is in heat but no I am worried she might be pregnant. She has been eating more than normal, but other than that seems happy and playful. She might just be bloated from eating too much, and I normally notice. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 7 years and 7 months old | 8 lbs

I strongly suggest you take Bella to your vet for a pregnancy exam. It is very likely that Bella is pregnant if an entire male has been visiting her. Your vet can check via ultrasound or x-ray whether she is pregnant and how many puppies she will have. I doubt it is from eating too much.
