My rescued kittens have a head scratch and bloody diarrhea, no vet. What can I do?

I have rescued two kittens I have no idea of their age white one have some scratch on his head and he is having diarhea with blood please watch the pics and tell what happend to their face and what should I do for diarhea I ve no access to vet

They look like old lesion probably scars, but skin infection is possible as well. Unfortunately there is no much you can do for the bloody diarrhoea as ideally it would require some antibiotics to be resolved as it is likely to be due to an infective cause. If they eat solid food you can try to start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. If the signs do not resolve with the dietary change a check up at local veterinarians would be required. Disinfection may be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths twice daily. Pay attention not to touch the eye with those solutions as it could be very irritant.
