Why is my dog not eating, vomiting, and acting sick for a week?

My dog is not eating but drinks water for almost one week now. He starts vomiting 3days ago. He still standing and walking but not the way he used to do. He doesn't bark anymore. Is there any home remedy for him coz we can't afford much treatment for our dog. We let him take medicine, vitracine, twice a day. But no improvement. His condition is still the same. Pls help us. It sounds as Max is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
