My dog is throwing up blood and sleeping a lot. Can I afford a vet?

I don't know what's wrong with my dog she's not acting normal she's been throwing up and just sleeping a lot she use to be so active and full of energy playing with the other dogs now all she does is sleep and not even drink water when she threw up i think there was a little blood in it but I don't have money to really go to the vet so I really don't no what to do. I see that Rosy isn't spayed, and my first concern is that she may have a pyometra. This is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. It's also very concerning there may be blood in her vomit, and this is a medical emergency. I would see if you can borrow money from family and friends to afford the vet, and I can give you some resources that may help. You can see if your vet accepts payment plans, if there is a low cost clinic in your area, or you can apply for Care Credit online. There is also an organization called Red Rover that give grants for treatment of sick animals, and you can see if you qualify for one of their grants.
