My puppy has a red bump on his belly. Is it a cyst or vaccine?

Hi, we have a pup about 3mths old. Jack Russell cross collie or labrador. He has a small cyst which was red, but less now on the abdominal area near the penis. He has had 2sets of vaccines. Has not been castrated yet. We have not yet been taking him out for walks. Any idea if this will dissappear on its own? Could it be a result from the vaccines? Many thanks for your answer.

It may resolve on it's own. You can continue to monitor it at home as long as it doesn't change rapidly, become painful or spreads. Keep the area clean and dry. If he is licking at the spot, place an e-collar (cone) on him.
