For now just monitor her closely, the swelling will probably get worse but should start getting better within 2 hours. as long as she is not lethargic i would recommend keeping her calm at home and monitor the swelling and her general state until it gets better. it will remain painful for 24-48 hours. if the vomiting happens a few more times or if she becomes lethargic- take her to the emergency vet urgently.

If this continues, get her seen by your vet. It may or may not be related to the bee sting, but any abrupt change in demeanor or behavior is a good reason to get her checked to be sure. You can rest her gut by withholding food tonight while still providing plenty of clean, fresh water. If she seems hungry in the morning, give her a very small amount of her usual meal, wait twenty minutes, if all goes well, feed her a little more, and so on until she's had her usual amount. If all continues to go well, just keep an eye on her and monitor her. If she becomes lethargic, continues to vomit or have diarrhea or gets worse, get her seen by your vet as soon as possible.
